OK, got the first one. My ISP's e-mail server must be having problems of some kind. It tells me that the turn was received last night around 7:30, but I checked my mail repeatedly and as late as 2 this morning. Oh well, it will clear up eventually.

There's a little delay here ... my ISP says the e-mail problem is fixed, but now the server has to deal with the backlog of e-mail. I'll keep you posted.
