I think it's pretty much understood that it's illegal to find out base coordinates. Googlie only allowed it in the ACDG because the cycon had been already doing for a while.

I pick two random numbers between 0 and 79 (xx and yy) for every new base. I name that base (xx, yy).

Oh okay, I thought you were switching the numbers around. You mentioned a friend of your getting frustrated when he was trying to plan an attack against your bases and kept getting base names and coordinates confused because you flipped them around.

Base coordinates tricks do not have any influence on me. I've never been able to get the coordinates right any way.

The easiest way to rip off with some tech is to provoke a war between Morgan and Uni, then use the distraction to probe some tech, or play both sides for maximum profit.

Mr. E has a deal with Mrs. H, for an early rush on Mr. H and Mr. G.
Mr. J and Mr. E are preparing for a mid-game takeover.
Mr. K is preparing to rush the alliance of Mr. E and Mrs. H.
What Mr. K does not know, is that
Mr E. Will use Mrs. H as a shield, then direct Mr. K to attack Mr. H and Mr. G instead.
Mr. E and Mr. J are preparing to mop up survivors.
In all of this, Mr. F is set up to engage Mr. J near the endgame, allowing Mr. E to take a decisive lead.

Essentially, Mr. E has everything figured out.
Everyone else is sitting around waiting to get 0wn3d.
