Given that the 2 Special projects associated with the technologies have already been built, we suggest a straight trade of our Applied Relativity for your Bio-Engineering.

As Morgan Industries would then be the only faction other than us (and our submissive, the University) in possession of the Applied Relativity technology we would insist on a five year moratorium on onward trading.
