It would mean they can infiltrate us though.

Allowing infiltration is a bad idea in any case. Can we do serious damage without risking it? It seems we can, no?
      Seriously. Kung freaking fu.

        Maybe ...
But is taking the Angel Capital, featuring the Virtual World and the Cyborg Factory not worth being infiltrated for?

And thus snatching the HSA (hopefully)!

We will see at the turn's opening.
If we can take it and it's clear it'll prevent them to undertake any meaningful defence, then it's worth.

Great turn, guys - sorry I wasn't available to participate, contrary to what I thought (I misread the Morgan post time forgetting that I hadn't reset my laptop time to 8 hours earlier!!)

For the record, I'm in favour of selling AMA to Yang - we need our techs to be distributed to try and get Zak or Yang to be the tech leader - that reduces our research costs

At what point now do we cash in that AA at Argos??

Should be this turn, I think.
Either Morgan trades Bio-Eng now or they never won't.
And we'll get which tech Zak changes to.

So we'll have two chances to get PSA!

I'd say no as those SPs aren't so game-deciding as for example the PTS or HSA. But that's just my personal opinion of course.

I'll assume this means you agree to sending the proposed message to AndiD.

                  I do.
But, honestly, if they didn't want to trade for Planetary Economics (so advantageous for them), I don't think they'll accept for AMA...

Only if we can do it 100%. Just to get a glimpse of their capital, no. But hey, I command only the navy for a reason.

First the morgans, now the Angles, Gaia's landing must be already fortifying their defences. Either way I'd say yes to a defensible strategy in taking the enigma and keeping it (or obliterating like we did to morgans). Either way I forsee some great RP moments for our creative writers if we were to obliterate the Angles Captial.

Civ IV is digital crack. If you are a college student in the middle of the semester, don't touch it with a 10-foot pole. I'm serious.

Okay, it looks like we could still rush the HSA in Olympus Academy next turn. We'd have to cash all of the crawlers in a 1 square radius, cash that ogre in Sparta Command, and perhaps rush the rest.

Another thing to consider: even if the Angels can't build the HSA right away, they could gift PSA or trade it to someone else who could build it. I suggest that we do everything in our power to snag the HSA next turn. That's even more pivotal than taking out Enigma Machine, it seems to me.

Edit: Also, if we get the PSA from Zak, Zak could stupidly also give it away to someone else.

Yep indeed. (Though he's pacted with the Hive.)

But anyway, the Angels will get PSA themselves in a year, so for this tech it doesn't form an issue.
