browsing, I found a neat site and i want to use that chopper cursor attachment in the website (maybe). But I don't know how to capture and use the image.
How, exactly, do you want to use it? You talk of a cursor. Does it replace your standard cursor on IE or something? Capturing it isn't too complicated, just right click it and save it as an image. It's a simple .gif animation.

but you can't right click on it - what you're saving if you do that is the whole page (you can't actually get your cursor over it, 'cos it follows the cursor, just below it)
that's what I was asking help on - is there any other way to capture an animated image like that?
Oh, you mean you wanted to add the same annoying (emphasis on that word) thingus to the Spartan website? I'm not a big fan of those (as you may have noticed already), but I'm sure the source code of that page will be of assistance. (Not that it'll bother me, as the script won't work on Firefox. Firefox )

I think it's a backpack - prolly additional "punishment" for some previous infraction or other (you know, add 10 kilos to the body weight that he's pushing up)
What!? Pushups in casual clothing!? What weaklings! If you can't do your morning pushups in full combat gear, including tactical nuclear backpack and NBC gear, you might as well go join the Gaians or Morganites. At least there they'll have to break a sweat before ripping your still-beating heart out and serving it to you on a platter.
