Great job, guys! Sorry for my absence and the delays and confusion I caused but I had absolutely no chance to think about a SMAX turn and the Morgan Corporation.

PJayTycy, awesome first day in the Corporation!!

Backup turnplayer is definitely something we should think about and if there should be any consequences for my position as Acting Turnplayer after this "incident", just be frank and tell me.

I nominate PJayTycy, since I think he did well.

EDIT: After posting, I realised that this sounded a little harsh. I wanted to congrat PJayTycy, that's all. As to AndiD, RL has a habit of getting in the way at bad times (for us all). I would say no penalty, especially since he's been with us from the beginning (but even if not).

Sorry, but I've said nearly 3 times already I'd rather not play turns here.

I mostly joined this game because I only recently started to play Alpha Centauri in PBEMS and wanted to see how the experienced players play. So yes, I am a newbie.

I only played this turn because the mods were getting a little angry at us in the turn-tracking thread and no-one else was online.

The fact we had a problem is not entirely Andid's fault, he announced it +/- 18h before the deadline, but also the other people in this faction that never responded. Nobody said yes or no, so everybody thought somebody else would do it.

            Nothing to be sorry about.

You saw that the turn needed to be played and did it.

I've been busy the past couple of months and have't opened the turn recently, but by all accounts of what I've read, you played well.

You did what you had to do. Thanks.

I can serve as backup turn player for the next turn. Beyond that I don't know.

Perhaps (I think it may have been suggested before) we should try to schedule backup turnplayers just in case the primary and alternate can't act.
