It is a hassle to go there.

Plus, ever since they first burned it down I have not trusted it even when they reopened it.

I don't trust Sparta.

It seems somewhat incredible that Sparta would want to go for a Trans victory rather than Conquest. Their chioce of Cyborg Fac is not essential for a Trans victory.

But, what can we do?

The informal non aggression pact sound nice. Would you like it for any set period of time, or indefinite with a say 5 year notification period before a withdrawl, if any, becomes effective?

Although the non aggresion pact is nice it doesn't give either of us much more than what we currently have.

As I understand it, currently, and for the forseeable future, we have neither the means nor intent to attack you, and you have neither the means or intent to attack us. The only ones both capable and inclined to attack both of us is Sparta and Hive.

Mutual cooperation can only help both of us. It may even help the Spartans by giving them more of a challenge. From what I hear from the Spartans, the game is starting to get a little boring. It's starting to get like one of those SP games where you are so far ahead of everyone else but you keep on playing just to get it over with plus to see how intricate you can make your teraforming.

The Spartans have the ability to make their units go further, with there high moral, now not only do they have that advantage but they have better units as well.
That is why it is IMPARATIVE that we enter in a tech leapfrogging agreement with you and the Gians, I hope you can see the importance of this agreement.

The area of Orbital Spaceflight and above is on our to-do list.
