Simple, they were afraid we would enter into a coalition against them.

3 factions against one isn't something to look forward to, the core players in the Spartan faction have only too vivid memories of that.

after seeing how fanatical our resistance is,i am wondering if they will continue attack. i would think a attack on gaians might be good for them,in the uranium flats

i wonder why they didnt before?gaia was even weaker armywise then and their transports went right by their to get here

The F6 on the Choke Point can block the entrance to Seraph Wing Bay this turn, and check the area for a drop pod next turn. Now it's a luck all those sensors are still standing around there, we have a nice view of the place.

O yes, that former near the Spartan B6's can destroy a road on the monolith tile leading to Kodycryptor. And if we park an F6 in SH now, it is within range for a retaliation strike if the Spartans decided to attack it. Next turn they have at least 2 bombers available for airstrikes in our territory.

Anyway, Data Angels are in a state of being soon either conquered of completely bad situation with no hope for any victory in the game. I think that we can keep together still, to give our opponent good fight, but I do not mind, if DA would be changed into Dictatorship, as I wrote. Hercules, Cataphract or Forester?

We did not have any Dictator so far, maybe it is time for a one? Role playing might be more interesting maybe?

I would instabuild HSA maybe too. Then switch to Neural Amplifier if needed, though I daubt Spartans allowed themselves not to hurry it.

It would be good not to give even a single base. I do not suspect any takeover in the coming turn, but I would check that monolith region, near ex-Kahlua Probing for possible 2 rovers, that landed from their transport.

They probably do not need any drop rovers then. When having these 3 on our ground, they can more easily establish a base there.

    ------
A chopper cannot be attack by non-air superiority I think. Our copters do not have air superiority

No use in trying to spark a vendetta between Hive and Sparta, unless we can bring our probe foil near an not yet infiltrated base. Odds are simply too low.

I propose to instabuild the HSA anyway. Just in the off-chance that the Spartans are bluffing and hadn't enough crawlers available to instabuild it.
In case it fails, we still have the possibility to switch to the Neural Amplifier. In the end the Spartans will destroy all those crawlers anyway. We might as well use them.

Also, I see you constructed a drop pod in SH, Mart. If we want to take out as much Spartans as possible anyway, we could as well just plonk a base next to those 2 impact noodles, bring 2 of our F6's already inflight to it (straight away) and attack those 2 noodles from within the base. This leaves the F6 we have available for a run to one of those elite bombers, and it could cover a bomber of our own to take out the Spartan chopper. (edit: no F6 in a base can reach that far, but our chopper in SH can take out the Spartan chopper and return to base)

O yes, a B6 could take out that Spartan coastal Guard near Hercules Station. May let them think we're mounting a probe attack on their Defiant base, and might so cause them to spent scoutruns in that part of the sea.

    Hercules,

Do not forget we should give Morganities 4 techs:

MMI (important, their tech matures just this turn, I gave word to Andid, he will get it.)
    AMA
    Doc Initiative
    Cyberethics.

    To Gaians:

    Cyberethics
    PSA

    ------------
Also Morganities have Chaos weapon, so we might take it from them as a part of compensation for these 4 techs. I have to ask Andid.

Anyway, DPS Roze is in position, so it could at least attempt to spark vendetta between Hive and Spartans.

I designed F-4 fighters. (3 rows) air superiority + radar, so if you wish you can design them in your game too. and try to build.

Analysis... Extremely difficult. I cannot say anything certain. I think Spartans will not be able to take KC this turn, but you never know. You can though still use the F-6 from HS location, which should be 20/20 in order to block access to Seraph's Wing Bay. They might after all not to try and land here. Notice that they use a lot of old equipment, B4? B6 are better, but top of the line is chaos weapon now.

Take a good look where the units are, its a bit messy at the moment.

Ah, that blocking of a elite B4 is crap, just realized, they can use new bomber from Fort Sol to clear the way.

I still have clean save and can play. it is up to you.

Just popping in. I can play the turn later on today, if need be and after looking at the analysis.

    Some more analysis here.

Spartans would not take any base this turn, coz their HSA is not yet completed. They killed rather units in field before attacking any base this turn, though they could reach Kodycryptor. Why?

All our bases are beyond 8 tiles from Fort Sol. If they are going to take over KC or SH they have to probably make drop rover, and possibly plasma-AAA to protect better from our bombers. Then they could redirect there all the planes from our territory, that hangs there this turn. With such multiplication of troops, we would not take it back, and they might have jump gate for the rest of our territory, on the other hand, they can just make drop colony pod.

Units in field had to be killed in order not to be instantly upgraded in field and used for recapture of the base, they just did it in the turn they had no HSA.

I have to check this possibility.

    ----
And well, these planes are B4 (2 row junk) B6 (a little better junk) and impact chopper (2 row junk), this is what they were doing in Fort Sol last turn I think.

2189 is in. And we have 4 bombers and a copter on our land already.

I can see right away how to take these 2 elite B4, that are above around EM region. So they have ellite bombers, they could reach EM. Now they will probably loose these 2, if turnplayer chooses to do so.

We have F-6 in GL. It should fly to 18,68 and take down that lower one: 19,69. Then we block the return of the second one, by dropping some militia around. It either attacks one and drops then coz of lack of fuel, or just does not reach the destination - Spartan base.
