With the way things have been progressing I am now the Ambassador for the Data Angles.

As you will find out I am a Graduate of DAU and thus hold a Doctorite in Environmental Linking with Minors in XenoPsychology and Bad Spelling. This leads to a personality of pure science.

Letter to Spartans

As you know We wish to trade Cybernetics for Neural Grafting.

I feel that such a trade would benefit both Factions in their plans of growth.

Another point is the agreement of Asetic Virtues as it is now.

Remind Spartans that such a tech trade offer was their suggestion in the first instance and after discussion within our faction we are pleased to say we have agreed to trade..

Oh and the convention is that you address the leaders of the other factions by their chosen designations. So it would be
Colonel Googlie or whatever.

Also got a fairly recent list of what the Gaians have technologicaly.

It is looking like they will go to Advanced Ecological Engineering or Organic Superlubricant.

This depending on wether they want to teraform or increase their attack level.

Anyone have a recent Spartan or Morgan tech list?
