The card is very good - the 1st page + 3rd page and it's a superb SMAC/X card!
I like the citate from CEO Nwabudike Morgan!
-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history. -- Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.
BinTravkin, where are you located (which continent)? You want me to send the card to you after I get it from Ouro? Are you close to Herc and Jam and Ill? Or are they all going to participate?

I wonder how come not more people are interested? It would be a great thing to do for Vel. Why don't the rest of you SMAC(X)ers join too? It would function best if large bulk of community signed it.

I agree entirely. I guess some people may have an issue about disclosing RL address. But if you only need to disclose it to one person, surely you could find that one person you trust enough? Or are we really this vunarable?

Yes, I do think the problem in disclosure of RL adress. I don't trust all people here, but I do trust some of them. Perhaps there is an alternate solution? Scanning our messages and sending all of them to one person in order to avoid this?

If we are going to have same amount of people participate either way then I would prefer the hand writing route, but if scanning would give us much more people to participate than I'm all for it. Issue is how to let people know and be involved.

And, of course, we'd be scanning in "Googlie" and "Illuminatus" as sigs, not our real life sigs (that could be downloaded and used as electronic signatures by unscrupulous hackers)
We need more people. C'mmon, I can't believe no one else is up for this.

Ok I've posted a post in each of the private forums. Let's go ahead with the handwriting one, since I don't see a lot of people who want to do the other one. We don't want to wait for too long before we start. People can still be added in if they want when the mail starts.

I've PMed Ouro my mailing address. I would need a mailing address to mail the card to, perferably somebody in the State if there's any. Then we will move to the Europe.
