Kassiopeia has asked for a temporary replacer in this game as he has some problems with his ISP (whatever that may be
). Therefore I'll be the Spartan turnplayer for a few years. I've now played most of the turn, but I've got some little questions which I hope to learn the answers of before I sent forward the turn. I'll send a PM to AndiD and GeoModder.
Two general questions:
1) Who's the planetary governor, and what year was s/he chosen?
2) How long have these sunspots been going on?
