That can happen if another faction's base is obliterated. The global base list is re-sorted, then pseudo-random b-drones are re-assigned.

Dammit. Can anyone who has infiltrated the Angels please stay out of the F4 screen!! This is already the third turn that I find drone riots and changes in worker/specialists positions!!!

How can you change anything in the F4 screen from a foreign faction?

Known bug. Basically, if you have infiltration you can go to the F4 screen and choose another faction, and from there change worker assignments (say, from doctor to regular worker... or all doctors) It really can play havoc and isn't legal, but there's no way to track it.
