    Tripoli:Producing Sea Colony. Then possible Rec Com
    Min production at 10. and nuts 3.

    Sea Lurk: Producing Transport foil. still some turns to go. Then produce seaformer or scout.

    Margaritaville: Producing Party Boat, should drop below 100, next turn if we want to rush.

    Henry Morgans Boot(HMB): Temporary network for pod pop purposes, then scout.

    Liar's Lair: Also producing party boat, some turns to go.

    Sea Formers/Formers as per Cuspidore's recommendations except for slight diversion at 58.70.

    PMS's East exploring as planned.
    PMS 001 south west, recovering
    PMS 005 at 50% strength, moved 2 tiles in search of Borg base. N o luck but revealed at bit more of the area.

        I think you got the ID numbers mixed up a bit too (it is PMS-003 Revenge in the NE and the PMS001 Farragut in the SE). Here is the updated Registry of Ships.

        I was imagining that Cap'n Flubber was commanding aboard the Farragut and the Cuspidore aboard the Revenge, but I was probably inconsistent when jazzing up the dialog in the various threads. Feel Free to consider yourself as aboard the PMS-004 Santiago in the NW if you want to continue the imagery.

        Viz a Viz repairing the Revenge, I think we should see the base perimeter of the Borg Bases when any part o f them is in our discovered area, and when we get the pact infiltration on them, we can perhaps figure out where any missing ones might be. There is still room for there to be a hidden base SE of Pi Square, but no guarantee it is a seaport, although one would think that they would make their HQ a coastal base.

        PS: re the question of whether or not there is another faction where the Santiago discovered solar improvements in the NW - I don't think that base perims or faction boundaries are visible until we officially discover the faction (and of course the tiles with the boundaries would have to be visible too (the solars are not necessarily inside a base yet anyway if they were popped by an outlying explorer).

            Schooner PMS 005 (requires name) explores coastal area of HMB.
            My PMS Santiago prepares for further exploration along datatech coast
            PMS Revenge cast anchor to undertake repairs. Crew explore reddish coastal strip for sea food such as Lobster and Shrimp. Some already have crabs.
            PMS Farragut becalmed, crew set about repairs. good atmosphere on board. Lots of shanties being sung and whaling songs. Crew keen to name the area 'Flubber's Sound'

              Report part three (size limit)

              Foreign Relations

              Cybernetic Consciousness
              Pact with the Borg concluded. They have 5 bases and are researching Ind Base. They have a colony pod in production. They seem not to have made contact with any other faction.

              PUT
              Offered treaty. They do not have Doc Mob or Doc Flex nor have they met other factions

              Along with Datajack Roze they top the power charts. At truce

              I had another conversation. She tried the old emergency routine to obtain Doc. Flex but I advised her I'd be keelhauled and strung up on a yardarm if I even suggested it. Mind ye Ms Roze has some nice f'c's'l's and yardarms herself. And I's partial to helping out young damsels.

              Anyhow just for a bit of the old blarney, I asked was she interested in exploring a bit of tech trading.
              Well she wanted 100 ecs (what is the PoE exchange rate) for Ind. Base.
              I politely declined and ended the conversation.

                Well not much further to add from email and discussion thread. Party boat from 'Rita' on its way to Coder's point? will take another 4 turns to get there.
                Nothing rushed bar the transport at sealurk.

                Same with Miriam. Note Borg also have been in contact with Miriam

                  Turn MY 2124

                  Tripoli: Sea colony built and stockpile in queue.

                  Sealurk: Didn't rush scout, so it should be ready in 1 turn

                  Rita: added 4 Poe ( not 8 as mentioned in email) to rec com build) to get to end row of mins

                  Liar's Lair: Again didn't rush. should be lower cost next year. Inclinedto build Colony pod for oneof those nearby islandsidentifiedby Cuspidore BB for colonisation.

                  HMB: letting rover contuinue.

                  Sea Formers and formers all busy bar one which will go to Min ( 60,70) near new sea base site 1.

                  FMS's steady as she goes. In light of map knowledge, the Col Santiago will explore further north in search of missing factions.

                  The Party Boat (PMS Shanghai) continues to Coder's pit

                  Foreign Relations

                  Background negotiations continue.

                  Roze: Still truce but no treaty
                  Miriam: same

                  That unity chopper must be Miriams because it would have comefrom the unity salvage wreckage and would also give Miriam knowledge of faction landing sites.

                      'Rita: tempted but refrained to rush. It continues production of Rec. Com and worker moved to match new citizen with production of Rec. Com ( can be changed of course next turn).

                      Henry MB: Rover production continues.

                      New base: Alexandria:

                      PMS 's moves, same as posted in mid turn.

                      Diplomacy: Still on the slow side. nothing furtehr to report. Roze still insists on Doc. Flex and I don't feel I can threaten.

                          Well Hi there maties. A very interesting number of events during 2127 .

                          First we have infiltrated Roze. She has 8 bases and is pacted with
                          Miriam

                          She had three techs we didn't have Biogentics, Ind Base and Ind Econ.

                          She is currently discovering techs at the rate of a new tech every 5
                          years and her next discovery is in three years.

                          Unfortunately our brave fellow privateers on the party boat (PMS Shanghai) after they had secured infiltration, whether they were celebrating with Xenorum
                          or whatever, seemed to have met with Madam misfortune.
                          The signals base, at 'Rita, monitoring the expedition, reported that the
                          signal went dead shortly after the jubilant crew had reported success
                          and then alas the party boat disappeared from the Radar screen.

                          This is one of first major tradegies at sea, not counting the brave
                          souls on the colonisation ships.

                          So a moments silence and 10 whistles there Maki for our brave pirate
                          maties.

                            Mid Turn 2127 report cont'd
                            Tech news

                            We discovered Progenitor Psych and were offered Ethical Calc, Doc
                            Loyalty, Field Modulation and Ind. Base. I opted for Ethical Calculus.
                            However as you know our tech rate is not the best.

                            Anyhow I called up Roze. She was cordial as before and again wanted Doc
                            Flex in exchange for Ind Base. Again I refused. I again suggested we
                            were interested some tech. She offered Ind Econ for 100ecs.

                            I thought long and hard. If I declined and came to consult with ye
                            during this mid turn and then tried to contact her again, it was likely
                            she would decline ( politely of course) our communication transmission.
                            I thought about all the comments and views I had on trading Doc Flex and
                            on Ind Econ. We seem to agree we want Ind Econ but how.

                            So I bought it for 100ecs.

                              Mid turn 2127 cont'd
                              Exploring

                              The Revenge explored further north and one of the crew has spotted the
                              signs of what we imagine is a PUT base.

                              The Farragut also went north but a slower pace and nothing to report.

                              The Liar' lair craft moved further west but became stuck in some fungus
                              (the first mate has been ridiculed by the crew and relieved of duty and
                              more importantly denied xenorum ration for the rest of the trip, for
                              failing to negotiate a safer passage)

                              The Col Santiago avoided the temptation to pod pop and ventured even
                              further north but encountered what seems to be almost endless deep
                              ocean. The special Bzzzzz detector on board has picked up nothing, not
                              even a hum.
