the sea colony pod out there (only 1, right?) is headed towards the site just off Yang's coast, no? That one is not being questioned.

          Or is there another one?

Sorry to say that TKG, but this poll is unconstitutionnal. Out of 9 voters, 10 votes have been received for option 3.

Sea bases bring lots of citizens (for votes and specialists) and lots of energy. A decent sea region is a must have for any respectable region, especially those who can multiply the votes like the UN Peacekeepers.

This can only mean each of the options for the third site has received a vote. So it doesn't falsify the results. Just count one vote less for each option. If we had to declare all polls illegal where someone misvoted...

Will you govern it? I voted 'Cancel' of course. I don't plan on performing umpteen missing jobs if I can prevent it, in case I become AT again.

The currents results are 6 to 5. If you cancel one of each, results would be 5 to 4. But if you cancel only one vote, the one mistaken, results can be 5 to 5 or 6 to 4, which is very different. Moreover, it could be several people who abstained, AND several people who voted for both options...

So we can't know. But no one has come forward to say his vote has been wrong, so we can only work on the results we have. *shrugs*

I was aware of that. That was why I asked the rhetorical question. I hope you have a great time in NY, but please don't leave us with the mess of bases we can't govern.

We need sea bases to exert stricter control over the sea territory - otherwise Morgan or another faction is liable to plop a base off our coast and eat up our resources.

i don't see how that makes it unconstitutional...
