Sea bases bring lots of citizens (for votes and specialists) and lots of energy. A decent sea region is a must have for any respectable region, especially those who can multiply the votes like the UN Peacekeepers.Originally posted by Kirov

This can only mean each of the options for the third site has received a vote. So it doesn't falsify the results. Just count one vote less for each option. If we had to declare all polls illegal where someone misvoted...Originally posted by Pandemoniak

The currents results are 6 to 5. If you cancel one of each, results would be 5 to 4. But if you cancel only one vote, the one mistaken, results can be 5 to 5 or 6 to 4, which is very different. I was aware of that. That was why I asked the rhetorical question. We need sea bases to exert stricter control over the sea territory - otherwise Morgan or another faction is liable to plop a base off our coast and eat up our resources.Comment
