      ey, you know what i mean

      if we use FM though, the police will be a waste of minerals. non-leathal doubles police powers, so what's 2x0? probably the main reason i never use police units

        Yes, but that involves us going to FM (and if we use police units, and rely on them, it's another reason why we shouldn't go to FM )

          well, we shouldn't rely on them, and we can use psych allocation. but anyways, i don't want to start this again

            Agreed with TKG. Once we have the tech for it, no defensive unit in the early game beats an FM-Wealth-CC 1-3+t-1 (ie. Plasma w/ ECM and Trance). Costs the same as a standard 1-3t-1 too.
