We have three justices.

I must request that Pande and Mr. Pres make this case their first priority. I'm sure Lemmy's trial can wait a couple of days.

Who's going to be the Senior Justice?

I don't think it's very relevant. As it is, he mightn't even be serving...we only have three confirmed justices to hear the case (Groucho, Tass and myself).
