I'd like to see us get the Virtual World. Its benefits are many and long-term. I'm not too crazy about the Human Genome Project.

VW. This is about the 10th time I've said this, but screw the HGP. The least useful SP I can think of just glancing at the tech tree.

In my opinion, the Planetary Transit system is less useful - so much so that I usually don't even try to build it. But that's just me.

Switch NA to VW, and New Suez to HGP.

Well I don't use it much either, but at least it's three citizens for the price of one CP (faster growth, especially with Econ bonuses or good terrain would be truly cool).

Don't forget the Drone Reduction in bases size 3 or under!

Really though.....how long have the AI been producing those? They've likely got build times in the 40's or higher with their pathetic mineral production.
