Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
Correct me if I'm wrong, but are we talking about this Air Force base with immense mineral production? My question is, this base will be very low on population and therefore there won't be a drone problem so big that any regular means (specialists, Rec Commons, Holo Theatres etc.) couldn't quell. So I see idea of building this PS useless, besides I find erecting them very immoral.
Yes, we are. However, unlike some others, I do not believe this base is workable as a size 1 talent base. The ease with which a foe could destroy a small base, thereby spreading the costs of (And drones caused by) these units around our bases is an unacceptable risk

Wormhunting. Increased Efficiency. A 20 percent combat bonus in psi combat.
Wormhunting and Psi Combat aren't likely to be much of a factor early in the game. As for Increased Efficiency, we'd actually be better served by being less efficient but pulling in more energy through Free Market. While under a Green economy there might be less wastage, under Free Market the sheer volume of energy that would be drawn in makes the slight wastage we might have (Remember, we'd be democratic as soon as we could take the support costs.) irrelevant.

The Psych rate is not the only way to prevent drone riots; besides, a base under riots can not produce a thing so I find preventing them a necessity.
I'm not saying that we shouldn't prevent them, only that it's probably not the DoSE's position to actually do that. As I said, it's not the DoSE's place to assign workers or build structures, though I would of course push for ones which would keep the citizens content.

I'm switching to running for Director of Industry and Energy from Director of Social Engineering.
As there's been talk of merging those two positions, I figured it'd be better for whoever ends up winning the SE Director spot could focus on just Social Engineering.
Here by I declare I want to run for office of DoD. my intire policy will soon come but it all gets packed in to these words. *flexibly* *elite* *fast* *swift*

hmmmm should there not be a limit on how many times people can change the office they are running for. It seems people are switching just to be elected to anything.
Which side are we on? We're on the side of the demons, Chief. We are evil men in the gardens of paradise, sent by the forces of death to spread devastation and destruction wherever we go. I'm surprised you didn't know that. --Saul Tigh
The reason people are switching is that coalitions are forming and, slowly, we seem to be moving toward a 3-way race in many of the elections. Not saying whether that's good or bad, but that's what I see.
