Basically they chart what has happened, and release it as the history of it at the end. They also talk to GooglieGod and discuss anything he needs, like someone to bounce ideas off. A good idea IMHO.
I think it should be part news, part bibleish and part story, depending on what is appropriate for eahc bit. I think leave it up to Tass's discretion which to use for each story.

Yes.. 9 people want him to be, and 9 don't. It's single choice. However maybe there should be a yes/no poll first. However we now have the other one.

I voted No. If individual factions want Tass to document and record their faction history, fine, that's up to them. But I object to a game wide one person/one vote poll opening access to a faction against its will.
