hehe, the positive side of having an evil twin brother; he knows all.
Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.-Isaiah 41:10
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made - Psalms 139.14a

with my luck DiabloIII will come out the same weekend.

In that case, the downward spiral should go something like this:
      - Get both D3 and C5
      - Fired from work
      - Divorced from wife
      - Evicted from home
      - Move into a van down by the river (with wifi and battery chargers for both laptops)

If it's going to be out this fall when will the beta test start?
I hope they don't skip on that and instead opt for the vanilla users to do the beta testing.
        Quendelie axan!

That's awesome news! I can't wait! Of course, I will pre-order when that is available.
              Haven't been here for ages....

There's Starcraft to watch out for, also.

Let's see, Civ IV came out in 2005, which was one year after I got Civ III Conquests. I just got Civ IV a couple months ago (LOVE IT!), so I'll be getting this one around 2015, just before Civ VI comes out . And I'll likely be in the same situation as before, half the world declares war on me just because I attacked the Romans, then leave that game in lingo as I move on to the next version.
Like Ozzy, don't see how hexes will improve game play and one unit per tile? What is this, Civ II? Well, I'll have five years to decide if I'll like it or not (let's hope they don't blow it liek SimCity V, oh, sorry, Societes)

hexes give far more control of movement and is a system tried and tested in the old boards games of old.
