Just a short note:
the "Tiger II" shouldn't be stronger then a modern armour. It was clearly outdated by the end of WW2 and wouldn't stand a chance against any currently serving tank.
I propose to make the Tiger II an early Mech. Inf, with
Attack 16
Defense 14
Moves 1Comment

Of course it was a heavy tank, but it can be uses for breakthrough on heavy defence line ...
When German Army had a lot of Tigers II (during WW2 489 were produced) it was not used in offensive because it that time German Army had no offensive operations...
Combat speed of Tiger II is the same as Tiger I - 38 km/h
Mech Inf in real life must have a good mobility, but Tiger I and Tiger II was not very mobile, so it must be a tank with Blitz ability.What ever you do, always think first!Comment

The problem of the Tiger II is its poor range on normal terrain (no roads). I can't remember any figures, but togther with the fuel crisis that hit the German army at the end of the war, the Tiger II was not able to move very far and so limited to defensive operations.
And: You renamed the Panzer to Pz Kfw III, but it should be a PzKpfw IV.
I also must insist that you include Hamburg as major port city for Germany. In my version of your mod I think I found a solution for that.Comment
