I am wondering how one could go about changing the corruption levels (percentages) that are introduced and then grows the further away a city is from the capital (or the forbidden city)?
Or, how can I change how much corruption is negated by the 'courthouse' improvement.
I've seen plenty of mention of how one could change many things in the editor, including corruption, but the only way I've been able to see a way to alter corruption levels is that of individual governments (which is not really changing the corruption levels accross the board) and by giving other improvements the ability to lower corruption levels along with the courthouse.
Actually the last one I'm not sure if it would really work or not; would the corruption reducing effect be additive to the existing courthouses effect? If so, how many more improvements can I give this effect to until the effects are no longer additive, that is, how many could have this effect until no further corruption reducing effects would be seen?
