    When I spoke about simple events like showing a message as the result of an action, here are two examples...

    Without something as simple as this, you can't make scenarios. So I'm still wondering what Firaxis calls "scenarios" that is shipped with this version.

    AFAIK this is at the moment not possible in Civ3 (but I'd love to be proven wrong). We're gonna have to wait until Firaxis releases better tools before real scenario making can begin...
