I reckon the CTP ocean blue was pretty good.

Would there be anyway to do rippling shore lines? (Probably not, I'm thinking).

BTW, good luck with the project. As they stand, I think the civ3 graphics are pretty pathetic. I'll be waiting on the edge of my seat for your proposed update to the tile set!!

UPDATE: Check out snoops current patches, specifically for the nice blue oceans! We just might be working together on a quick patch that fixes all of the obvious terrain blunders; if that's the case it will be out shortly. With that holdover for you to ease the pain, (we'll?) be working on a full blown graphics update that won't be available for some time. Let's hope all goes well, more screenshots available as it progresses.

Suggestions for the quick fix? Bigger suggestions for the long term?
