I'm surprised you're even still allowed to post here.

Anyway, congrats mate, a much deserved nomination

(YeahYeahYeah..., you too Spiff, calm down. )

Well we DID get alexman in, IMO the most deserving person from ANY forum not in yet. And Spiffor WAS an on Topic DGer. Now for Dom and These.

Seriously guys, we need to unite behind an On-Topic banner of sorts. Do we want someone turning up at this site and seeing a list of OTers in the fame list? What does that say about our site when they look at the behaviour and posts of these OTers? Ridiculous. It's time we got some of the more interesting, hard-working and intelligent posters in. Civ3, Civ2, Civ4 list, DemoGamer, SMAC, CtP1/2 and even Other Gamer people should be in there, so let's PUT them there, and make the HoF representative of Apolyton.net, not just representative off the OT.

Back to the ROOTS of addiction. My first missed poll!

If all the same Civ3 on-topic posters come back (or stick around) for CIV, we'll definitely see the day when the HoF is a mostly on-topic affair.

Agreed, MWIA, and congratulations to alexman. Dom and T definitely move to the top of the list for next go 'round. Here's hoping we get a sizable block behind them.

Congrats, Alexman and thank you for all of your hard work to help make the Strategy forum one of the best forums for reliable information. The honor is well deserved.

Now I can move on to nominate some other well deserving candidates like Theseus, Arrian, Catt, Dominae, Nbarclay, Skilord, Aeson and so many more that have improved the Apolyton community.

Agreed, but I would like to get in A few more OT posters in the HOF before the release of CIV IV.

I was going to suggest freezing alexman in carbonite, painting him grey, and shipping him around as the Iron Civer trophy...

DarkCloud, you, like Firaxis, should hire alexman.
