Based on experience, WW accumulates all the time. The effects are just not visible in some governments.

any comments on the earlier question?

      So.....next question is:

If I declare war on Civ A, who has an MPP with Civ B who then is forced to declare war (Civ B being human, but I guess that doesn't matter)......do I get War Happiness from Civ B (again, regardless of Government)?
So if you meet me have some courtesy, have some sympathy and some taste

I only know that if I'm dragged back into a war through a MPP, my WW returns, ugly as ever

EDIT: If any war-happiness is handed out, it doesn't look like it ends up with me.

Government is irrelevant. Declarations of war for anything OTHER THAN
          1. use of nukes
          2. failed spy mission
... results in negative war weariness points. See CFC- How Does War Weariness Work

So, if there was already war weariness still accumulated with that particular civ (or the 2 exceptions above), you might not experience war Happiness, but will otherwise.

I had not responded before because of the "Civ B being human" clause, which I have NO experience with.

Trip: to clarify, if two tribes are at peace and one attacks another's unit that is trespassing, the attacker gets -30 war weariness points (war happiness)? Is this something that's been thoroughly examined in demo games before?

[edit: to clarify further, my question pertains only to PBEM specifically]

              Calculations of wwp:
              All starts at 0.
Subtract 30 wwp if the AI attacks you, except when AI is provoked by:
              - use of nuclear weapons
              - failed spy mission
Anything else? Please tell me if you find something.

Also, if your not playing a govt that's affected by War Werrious, you automaticly get -30 for being at war.
