That's on a scale of 1 to 0, with 1 being an absolute certainty of it happening and zero being an absolute certainty of it not happen. A 1/2 chance would be that 1/2 the time, it would happen, and 1/2 the time it wouldn't/ 1.3*10^-51 is a VERY small number.Comment
