Hall of Fame bug?

That is the crux of it all. No one is going to look at a posted HoF and accept it anyway, so let us have it.

It is true we can edit it, but it would be nice if it was more robust and extracted the data for you.

I think it is a lost cause.

Things others may have known but I didn’t until I played out the games. There are some things you can change in the Editor which don’t alter your ability to land a score on the HOF.

I played a game on a map generated in the Editor where I gave myself more starting units (lots and lots more) in the “Scenario” screen to compensate for playing at a SID level. I didn’t alter anything else. This game recorded in the HOF.

I also generated a map and checked off the "allow X and Y axis" so I could sail naval units around the world in any direction. This game also recorded.

I thought scenario maps were valid, as long as you do not use custom rules?
