Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
Just finished my first 1.15 BETA game, and to my surprise it was not recorded in the HOF. In fact, none of my epic games were, though the Conquest scenarios I had attempted were listed.
Anyone else experience this?

But if you hit the little circle OK button at the bottom of the screen in the Conquests (scenario) HOF, it takes you to what ostensibly is the epic HOF, and that is what is empty in my game.

I have had score in my HoF and I only play epic games, other than ones I DL from the board. Looking at the files they seem to have A CampaingRecord.hof and HighScores.cv3.
Hmmm... come to think of it, I did make some rule changes--no cities in desert/tundra/jungle, no mines in grassland. Because of that, no high scores recorded?
Weak.

Yeah I agree. I see no reason to not let peole have their scores. In fact it would be useful if it contained more information about the game settings. Then I could look back and see if I ever played a huge map with this or that settings and what civs.
They could put an "*" next to any that did not conform. This could be part of the give us more data on the game I would like to see.
Why not record what civs were in the game and the score for them as well?
yeah exactly, I think it´s fun to think about all the old games when I look at my HoF, but you can´t remember everything so why not have some more facts? How hard could this be to implement?

I am not a fan of the HOF either. I modify the standard rule set with each new release. I get tired of seeing New Berlin and New Berlin (2) type of cities all over the place. So I change the rule set to add more city names. This then prevents my scores frmo being recorded in the HOF.
I have been clamoring for the '*' to signify a modded game since the orginal Civ3 was released. But it does not happen. I like the idea of having more details available if you want - such as other civs, their scores, when I eradicated them, etc....
I have taken to adding my own scores to the HOF file. Since it is a text file, it can be edited with any text editor. I just keep track of my final score and then make the entry myself.
the thing that bugs me the most is why they don´t just fix this, how hard could it be? If they are afraid that people will manipulate the game to get high scores who cares? you can edit the scores as it is now anyway...
