    Rules: warriors are telepads (range 5) and teleportable to warriors, archers are teleportable to warriors

                  hm, interesting possibilities, for example if you give negative hitpoint-bonuses to special telepad-units, you can limit their usability to 1 for regular units and 2 for veteran. if you don't give them fighting capability (like catapults), they won't go elite...

                  i see a small wonder spawning telepad units. and heavy, very powerful (siege) weapons which are immobile but teleportable.

                  great for modders, but why would firaxis want this in the game? :hmm:
