EDIT: This is the final version of the Bundeswehr soldiers. On the far left we have the West German Bundeswehr circa 1980s. In real life the uniform was actually a shade of green gray which is impossible to replicate in Civ 2 palette so its just grey. In the centre is a 1990s Bundeswehr in "Flecktarn" camoflague. On the far right is a German peacekeeper in Afghanistan, circa 2002.

Ok guys, I want an honest critique of this. I have been working on it all weekend and no matter what I do it just never seems to look right. Which one of these looks better to you and what can be done to improve them?
