I have a question about the dialog bmp. file. I've made a new one for the Red October scenario I'm working on. Placed in the Original folder, it replaces the borders around the map display and the various boxes with something a little more "revolutionary," ie. red. The problem is the borders around the boxes when the civilopedia is accessed. They remain the same cold grey stone as in the original ToT dialog file. I can't figure out how to change them. Can anyone help?

It uses the Civwin_back.bmp (also in the Original directory), but the interior of this window is overlayed with the background from dialog.bmp.
