Yes yes, I know and I got the point but I still don't understand why RRs on Forests aren't allowed as there they, too, do improve production??
Well, in a screenshot earlier I saw RRs that paved the way for the blitzkrieg of Russia against Germany. Was this the reason why you forbid them?

The only logic is, if you can build a mine on it, you can build a rail on it when its mined.

And the blitz thing is not just against Germany, but the threat of blitz against everyone. Save for the fact I was thrown into anarchy by the capture of my capital, I really wasn't affected that much. France earlier on on the other hand...

Plus it makes wars more interesting in my opinion. There is actually a potential for trench warfare now. But we'll see how it goes.

I know that Blitzkrieg doesn't only affect Germany, I only said, it was used against Germany. Well, let's forget about that ...

As I said to Jmarks, since I've played both Germany and Russia in this game, AND removed all the railroads, it'd be unfair for me to take it. I'd be willing to only if the game can't survive otherwise.
