An excellent site on the ships composing navies of all the nations in the world.
Röngstadt's Worldwide Military Links
An extensive collection of links to almost any military topic you can think of. Pretty helpful in some more obscure matters that are difficult to locate in certain search engines
The CIA World Factbook
The infamous world factbook, a collection of facts and other very helpful information on every country in the world. A must for anybody actively participating in the forums.
Library of Congress Country Studies
The Library of Congres Country Studies site is as good as and in some cases better than the CIA World factbook for information on countries of the world. Doesn't have maps and some countries are missing however, but it's still a helpful resource.
Flags of the World
An excellent site where you can access all the flags that your nation has ever used or is currently using. Necessary resource and a great collection

Neil Baumgardner's Orders of Battle Page.
Says it all. Tons of orders of battle. Very useful, have been using it since Fouth War but they've only now expanded and have tons more orders of battle.
The X-Rate Calculator
A very useful calculator for determining most exchange rates between nations, so you won't have to say "such and such US dollars" every time you're buying something or giving foreign aid
Financial Times
Good help for planning economies and a source of world news.
Stratfor
An excellent site which has some military equipment distributions for several nations, as well as essays on international relations between nations. An excellent place to learn about the geopolitical status of your nation.
Latin American Militaries
A good site with information on Latin American militaries. It is partially incomplete but should have information on at least your neighbors in the area.
North American Special Operations Group
The North American Special Operations Group. Lots of good information there
