Monsoon

In this part of SE Asia, the Monsoon affects everything. It lasts from May-September (5 months). So I've added some new terrain and city files in an attempt to recreate the atmosphere, and to remind players that their units are operating under different rules. And I made up a little bat. file to switch everything back and forth.

I found this on my hard drive, but I don't know where I found it. It looks like a WWII Pacific scenario, but I'm not sure which one. Can anyone identify it?

I believe its an early version of Patine's Empire of the Rising Sun scenario.
