    I need a volunteer . . .

To put the zip files on the scenario league wiki.

The Spanish site is apparently untended nowadays, and thunderfall at Civfan is not answering for Civ2 stuff anymore. So . . .

The scenario is complete, tested, and zipped. Ready to go. Contact me here in this thread and I'll send along the files to be posted.

        Sent.

teaser; another new scen is also ready to go . . . . just as soon as I get a special unit set from Curt.

        No pressure, though, Ciaran.

        lol.

I would like to see them! I am not working on it right now but a while back I was modifying several Medieval conversions and noticed that there was a lack in this particular era. I always enjoy seeing your new creations

P.S. Glad to hear this scenario is ready to go. Its getting busy again at Apolyton! Just got to win at Red October and I'll be ready to give this one a blast.

Fairline, Exile, do you mind if I ruthlessly raid the unit art for my own demented purposes (current project: Replacing some of the Lord of the One Ring unit art to see if I can find better images)?

I know the general policy is friendly, but amateurs (like me) dabbling with the work of masters (like you) still seems like something to be careful about. It would be like asking Leonardo (da Vinci) if you could borrow his paints.

The usual policy is to wait until the scenario is released...

But Exile gets the final word!

I plead guilty to charges of impaitence and overwhelming awe at Fairline's work .

                    Sue me.

Right then. May I snitch the Viking cities gfx for the Germans in CGW?

The unit graphix are Gareth's. Ask him.

The viking city gfx are Morten Blaabjerg's. I'm sure he won't mind.

                            Go for it

I have a ToT unit set I made for Harlan's LOTR if you want it. Not sure it'll be much use in MGE though

The conversion is aleady posted by Catfish. I'll try and find a link. The graphics are mostly complete. I just need to make some people and I'll post them.

These units are wonderful, as usual. Which method do you use to draw?
Thanks. I draw in 24-bit - solid blocks of colour first to make the unit basic shape and then high and low-lights together with detail. I use a 25-30% brush opacity to apply shading. I use the PSP retouch tool to take colours from my source pics.

PSP7 is a good tool to use; I have PSP9 but it's a little unwieldy to use by comparison.

I wouldn't mind seeing it, if only to feast my eyes on the work of the Master. And in the off hand chance of being able to work with it enough to make it fit MGE.

                                Thank you, thank you.
