Can do, though at the moment the Red October page gust has a link to your site so it can be downloaded in its most up to date form. If you want them physically put on the SL Site too though thats not a problem.

The files on my site are the old version. It's been inactive for a couple of years. I think posting them to the wiki is easier and more accessable. Thanks for the assist.

I guess Techumseh must have missed it as I just uploaded the rar files he sent me. If Techumseh wants to e-mail me an ammended rar I will upload it

Well, I was able to construct a suitable Cities.bmp for my own personal use so the issue is generally moot.

- when a city have been captured, no any city improvements destroyed, even Church, Cathedral, etc.

Please tell me HOW this effect made?

Why are you doing anything wrong? You're capturing cities without losing any improvements. Enjoy!

I'm very interested in WHY and HOW improvements aren't losed.

As I see it happens not always. When Bolsheviks and Whites capturing cities of each other then improvements are not destroyed.
But when Nationalists capturing White's cities or Bolsheviks capturing Nationalists' cities then improvements ARE destroyed.

It would be good to find out if there is a way to engineer this into scenarios as I would love to find a way to prevent City Walls from being destroyed as it leave cities very vulnerable to being annihilated!
