Do the Persians have the Inv and Phi techs? If so, they will display the Renaisance style city. This is unavailable in FW/MGE, so to convert the scenario to ToT you have to take them away from the civs that have them, and replace them in the tech tree with other technologies that have no unintended consequences.

Also, I tried to convert Justinian from MGE/FW to ToT. Didn't really work out.
'Cause I got lazy and simply moved one of the city styles (Roman) to the Renaissance slot.Originally posted by GhostOfDisco
Started playing it ... but why are the Persians displaying Roman architecture?
No, just Invention will do it. Philosophy affects the people graphics, but has no effect on city style. Inv + Phi changes the people graphics from row 1 to row 2, so taking away Inv will change those. I'll settle for that. I've swapped Inv with Lab and restored the Roman city icons to row 2 of city.bmp. Lab now makes Hadrian's Wall obsolete. Persians now have correct architecture.Originally posted by techumseh
