Eh, if you really want it to continue, you really only need to recruit one more player. It takes more than that to kill a game.

No need to kill it off! I am sure someone will want to play NATO and it is so early on in the game that not much has really happened yet so the new player won't have missed much.

I am afraid the pace of the game was just a bit too laid back to keep me interested!

I found the pace of this game quite normal

Yes, it's annoying, but not unusual at all with the occational bump. The official PBEM rules are to play and post your turn within 48 hours, although we strive to hold a 24 hour limit. People have a life outside PBEMing, so, waiting is an understandable part of the game.

I think it would be a shame to kill off the game over one little hickup. As werd says, it's still early in the game.

That is true. I'll see if I can find another NATO player. But what about AiC? He still hasn't posted his turn.

I don't want to be responsible for killing off this game. If AiC plays his turn I will happily carry on until a replacement for NATO can be found!

To be honset I thought someone would step in and take NATO sooner

Thanks, Werd! But that leaves the question - WHERE IS AIC!?

Eivind has asked me to play Nato and I agreed. Just waiting for the Chinese turn now.

I'm not even in the game, I just pointed you in the direction of where you could redeem yourself.

Glad you decided to join in. I have PM'd you BTW.
Looks like you guys just need a new China or the return of AiC to get this baby rolling again.

Is there any interest in trying this anew?

I have replied at Civ Webring. I expect you should find enough players to start a game, though new members are very welcome!

Great news! It would be great if enough players show up for that game. It seems to be an excellent scenario for a diplomacy Civ game.
