Is it the last yes/no flag in a line of basic terrain?
The only issue IIRC is that impassable terrain is not selective: If unit A can travel on impassable terrain X, it can also travel on impassable terrain Y.
You set it in each @Terrain section.* It's the last item: between the transform setting and any comments (e.g. ;Drt). Accepts "yes" or "no". I don't know if it's case-sensitive, but it wouldn't surprise me. Go forth and block away!

While i was aware of meaning if the non-combatants in John Ellis' ( ) scenarios I never got what these "Old City Walls" in ColIV actually are. SAM Batteries or what th hell ??
