Where Can I Find Soviet Steel and the Very First Bitterfrost

Where can I find these Curt classics? I assume these early scens are for MGE, but that's fine. Can someone lead me to them?

Bitterfrost is availiable at the Spanish Civilization Site In the Civ2 Section of the menu at the left, Bestonet and then Fantasy subcategory.

Soviet Steel doesn't seem to be there though...
