Something caught my eye so I added up the scores of the top people based on the last posted list.
I got 29 points for me (instead of the 33 I have listed)
33 points for Slowthinker (instead of the 55 listed)
and 41 points for Skanky Burns (instead of the 38 he has listed)
Are some people missing from the vote list?

Your vote is in, but you have accidentaly been ommitted from the Who voted for whom list.

Good for you and Slow to bring it up. I've checked your claims and there has been some snafu with the Who voted for whom list. Slow's votes are listed in the spreadsheet but not in the who voted for whom section - there may be a person more. I'll try to correct it.
Ozzy is right about the difference between total votes and votes listed in the who voted for whom section for Skanky and himself but is not right about Slowthinker, the current Who voted for whom list does state there are 55 votes for him. Trying to cheat yourself in?
I'll post the corrected vote listing in the A/C and amend last update after I've doublechecked everything.

Ah, I see. Sometimes his name is entered as "SlowThinker" other times it is "Slow Thinker" so I used a find function to search for his name and it omitted half of them.

Indeed. Neither I or DC check the name spellings of the voter - they are copy-pasted from the voters post as making the Who voted for whom list is annoying already (making it takes at least 2/3 of update time) and there is no way to automate it like the votes summing. Just look at the different spellings in this thread.
People rarely bother to spell out correctly or fully a nickname. So Skanky Burns becomes Skanky, Slowthinker Slow which I consider quite impolite towards HoF. But the biggest problem in last two elections were voters who voted for Snoopy. Then we had to determine if they meant Snoopy369 or sn00py.
I am still checking the votes but I've discovered a couple of errors in the who voted for whom list - incorrect alphabetical ordering, and an ommited voter, but it will take me at least an hour to go through all the names on the list.
Thanks for pointing out the Frank Johnson redundancy, in one of the previous updates there was a double Maniac. Such things often happen with small fishes who can move a lot as a result of a couple votes.
OzzyKP, are you interested in getting more involved with HoF elections? I ended up doing this by pointing out mistakes in DC's updates.

There's a "Slowwhand" ID out there too...

Yeah, but he has been inducted already so there is no confusion.
Didn't the Army teach you anything?
Was this directed at me or Ozzy?

And it's kinda of different this time now with the downsized Civ II forums, and both the SP and MP crowd posting in the same forum
Whether it's SP or MP, we really are all one community. It's nice to see the support for both Ozzy and Slow.
It's important for us old timers to stick together, because with the number of votes each of us gets, we can continue to get worthy Civ II'ers into the HOF
Keep on Civin'
I completely agree with Ming. We lovers of Civ2 have always been one community, and I only wish this consolidation had been done years ago. Maybe we would have found it easier to acquaint ourselves with each other.

The "Who voted for whom" list should be always equal to the sheet, so that people can check if their vote is not missing. So why don't you automate a creation of the list? (For example you could export the sheet to a text file)
And with this vote SlowThinker overtakes Ozzy.
It is all about The Art of Right Termination
Seriously ... I am accepting it is your job, but shouldn't you wait one more week? The results are very close and you see people are still voting.
And ... it might be reasonable to publish a date of the termination in advance. Otherwise my political party will accuse you of privileging Ozzy (in case we lose).
