All things considered, I think we have to stop play until we can sort these problems out. It probably makes sense to start over so that Babylon is not a turn behind. And if players get new civs, they can play them from turn one.

Sorry, but my behavior has been consistent and won't change. When I see inappropriate behavior, I tend to challenge it. If I'm subjected to ad hominem attacks, I tend to respond. Most people are like that. Get used to it.
That's funny, I recall playing with a HUGE slew of rules I didn't choose and didn't like.
