    Greetings and welcome!

To use the renaissance style city set, you must give the civs the Philosophy (Phi) and Invention (Inv) techs.

    PS
The Industrial city style is activated with Industrialisation (Ind).
And the Modern city style is activated with Automobile (Aut) and Electronics (E2).

Both of these over-ride the renaissance city style.

    Hope this helps!

      Thank you very much.

I am planning to make a Napoleonic Scenario and i will use all 7 city-styles.

So i would like to ask you if i can use all the graphics post here in the forum for my scenario

I am not so good in drawing units, cities, icons, etc...
I only can modify existing graphics...

As far as I'm aware, you only need Invention. I just tested it too.

Of course you can. That's what they're there for.
... Unless the person who posted the graphics explicitly mentions that you can't use them. For example because they want to use the graphics in their own scenario first. And as long as you credit the creator when you release your scenario.

Make sure you have a look at the "Great Library" thread if you haven't already.
