Well, it took me a while to come up with the obvious (not to mention I've only had limited time of late to work on this), but I've decided to give Chinese units alpine quality. It seems one of the big obstacles to not being able to duplicate the NK offensive with the Chinese was that SK had a lot of roads, whereas the border regions between NK and China had very few. It just struck me today that alpine may do the trick. This may still be slow in the coming, given my currently busy schedule, but this should get done in due time.
