He made some excellent scenarios back in the day. Here's a small sampling.
Civ2 MGE:
Austro-Hungarian War
Sword of Shannara
The Third Reich
Danube Empire
The Seven Year's War
Civ2 ToT:
Europe in Flames (WW2 scenario)
King (scenario based loosely on Dracula)
Last Days (Eastern Front WW2)
