1) I have changed mode of fopen() to "rb", but I'm not sure that this will help much.
The code for Ocean is 0x0A, or "\n", so I thought that must be screwing something up under Windows, with its "\r\n" line endings, when reading a Civ2 map in text mode.
It seems to have fixed that problem now anyway.
2) Coordinates translation fixed.
Excellent. Time for me to leave again.
