Don't remember. I do remember we had a long discussion about that back in the days when people still played Civ II SP. I just don't remember what was finally determinded after the traditional testing.

I do know that in MP, I would prefer to remove that factor from a game as soon as possible. Even if I lose a unit because somebody else attacks, it means that the bonus won't come into play later in what may be a more important attack... like against a size one city where a loss would be far more deadly.

It's Friday, and it will be a short day for me. I should be home by 1pm

Barry is not available, so it can be a civ kind of night.
From the looks of things, nobody else will be around, so maybe it's just the three of us.

Friday is a go... the rehersal dinner isn't until NEXT Friday, so...

Rumor has it that HTower may make an appearence as well. I have no clue if Barry will be making it yet.
