And you did answer your own question. I sweep through many of the smaller forums every once in a awhile. But unlike the OTF where action is needed often, these kinds of forum are usually pretty civil. Usually it takes a registered complaint to bring a mod

Has this forum seen better days? When I joined Seeds 7 months ago, the forum only had one or two active threads. Now it has eight threads (3 PBEMs).

There seem to be more games going at the EVO site, though I don't know if many players are involved.

This place was hopping three years ago. Many have moved on or disappeared.

I hardly play CIV II any longer. I dont even have it loaded on my machines any longer.

It seems as if the only active (well, truly active) English-speaking PBEM community is now at evo. It would serve what little is left of the community better to unite at one site instead of being spread out over 3.
